Originally built in the 19th century, the Farmhouse retains both character and charm. Having been recently renovated and refurbished, the property is fresh and bright. It is equipped and furnished to a high standard.
Sitting Room and Sun Lounge
It has a cosy, well appointed sitting room with a wood burning stove, flat screen television with DVD and video players. There is a hi-fi system for CD's and tapes, and a telephone for incoming calls. The Farmhouse benefits from a large, south facing, sun lounge which gives additional space for the family to relax.
Kitchen and Dining Room
The large farmhouse style kitchen with underfloor heating features a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and range style gas hob/electric oven. It is fully equipped for your convenience! There is also a large pantry with an American style fridge/freezer. The dining room table seats eight and enjoys beautiful views across the firth.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The double bedded master bedroom is on the ground floor and benefits from an en-suite shower room. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor and features a spa bath and separate shower. There are three further bedrooms upstairs, two twins and one double.
The Farmhouse comes equipped with towels, tea towels, and bed linen. Rent is inclusive of electricity, oil and an initial supply of solid fuel. Additional solid fuel can be purchased locally. No pets and no smoking in the property. A cot (bedding not included) and a highchair is available upon request.
